The Restaurant Manager will report to the company's Operations Manager and will start prior to the opening in order to learn and train the team on the developed menu, service standards and brand. Previous experience in a branded or chain restaurant would be advantageous.
The sous chef will report to the company's executive chef and will start prior to the opening in order to learn and train the back of house team on the developed menu. We require a chef with Italian cuisine experience in addition to experience managing a team of chefs in a high volume restaurant.
